2025 LEGACY OF LOVE ACCOMPLISHMENTS
The Loveland Legacy Foundation partnered with community organizations to provide the following support in the 45140 area:
- Tree removal and a new roof for a single mother with a child with medical needs and limited means
- One-time rent and grocery support for a young mother suffering from a medical issue that turned her finances upside down
- Tuition assistance to twin sisters, enabling them to obtain phlebotomy certification
- Financial assistance for a family caring for an elderly parent when their short-term bridge loan for automobile repairs turned out to be a scam
- Help with utility bill for a single mother of four school-age children
- Tuition assistance to help a single mother complete her path to becoming a Nursing Assistant
- Funds to supplement a Care Center Grant for a resident caring for her wheelchair-bound husband who used money set aside for taxes to pay for an emergency water heater and sump pump replacement
- Resources to assist two families coming out of homelessness to furnish their homes
- New safety fencing for families who play in the public Navaho Tot Lot space
- Landscaping and yard restoration for an elderly gentleman who cares for a relative with special needs
